Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active Account BCB88MY. Opening multiple accounts — whether to circumvent suspension, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, BCB88MY will close all associated accounts, void any bonuses, and may withold funds pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

Any changes to your registered email address, phone number, or financial account details must be submitted to our support team and may require-verification. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on BCB88MY are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be displayed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated clearly at the point of claim. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified for each individual promotion.

6.3 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per eligible player. Players who register multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming a welcome bonus more than once will have all associated accounts permanently banned and all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

BCB88MY reserves the right to withold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings in the following circumstances:

• Wagering patterns that suggest the primary intent is to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, rather than genuine entertainment gaming.

• Any fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest conduct in connection with a bonus claim.

6.5 Birthday & Loyalty Bonuses

Birthday bonuses are credited at BCB88MY's discretion based on the player's registered date of birth. Loyalty and VIP tier bonuses are governed by the BCB88MY VIP Program terms which may be updated periodically. BCB88MY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any loyalty or VIP program at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

7.3 Final Decisions

7.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and other competitions, all markets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BCB88MY platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winings derived from exploiting a known or unknown malfunction must be reported immediately and are subject to reversal.

KYC & Verification

9.1 Verification Requirements

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting BCB88MY customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be addressed. Real money balances at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10.2 Closure by BCB88MY

BCB88MY reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or where we reasonably believe continuation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players. In cases of closure due to player misconduct, bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. BCB88MY reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable law and will provide reasonable notice before doing so. Dormant accounts with zero balance may be closed without further notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BCB88MY and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of opportunity, or any financial loss arising from gameplay outcomes.

BCB88MY's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

BCB88MY does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occur, and BCB88MY will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the BCB88MY platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, and audio-visual material — is the proprietary property of BCB88MY or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from BCB88MY.
